My mom left this morning to go pick up the donuts and when she was leaving our neighbors were outside. Brooklyn is 2 years old and is super cute. Still most of what she says is only decipherable by her parents but we are slowly picking up on it as we are around her more. She likes to come see us and is constantly saying "Hannah, hold me?" or "Ethan jump on the trampoline." Only it doesn't sound quite like that. :) Anyways when her mom goes to work her dad stays with her at home as was the case for today. So my mom told them that she was going to get donuts for Ethan and Brooklyn said she wanted a donut. My mom said when she got back we would come get her. Chris and Brooklyn came over and she pretty much licked the donut and was done with it. I took her outside and she played with the puppies and told me "Hannah, hold London." or "Ethan, hold Lucy." They watched the dogs while we were on vacation so she knows where everything is and likes to explore our rooms. Finally she came back inside and started to try and eat the donut but would only do it sitting under the table. She cracks me up. Her little head would peak out and she would grab another piece, than go back under. She is one, adorable, little girl.
School has been great! Lots of homework but I do not mind doing it just as long as I have time for it. It is also tons of fun when you are doing it with friends which I am able to do if I am up at CAIA in between classes or mom is up there working. It's fun to hang out up there just because of the environment and because my friends are amazing. Speaking of amazing friends I had an awesome birthday. They made it great! Anyways, I am enjoying learning and I also love the human body! Random but not. I'm studying Anatomy and Physiology this year. :) I have amazing teachers that love to help us learn which makes it much more fun. Spanish is quite interesting but I have found that because I took Latin twice already it is all the more easy. Literature isn't my best subject(you might have found that out by my grammar mistakes) but I enjoy it immensely. I have an indescribable teacher who always is helping us learn in new ways. For instance, this week before we begin reading a book she is having us do projects that will help us understand the time it is set in so it will make more sense. We are reading To Kill A Mockingbird therefore we are giving presentations that have to do with the 1930's. I am doing theatre and film which is really fun to find out who was famous then and what the new movies were. Like Snow White! =) I think I am going to bring popcorn for everyone so it will give it more of a "theatre/movie" feel.
