Thriving, not just surviving

Do you ever have those days where you say "Oh, I just hope I survive it"? Survive math class, a busy day, a huge exam, or whatever it is that seems to pull you down. I know I have said it before. Math is absolutely my least favorite subject. I have walked to class thinking "I'll survive. It's just math."

Well, I am tired of just "surviving"; Wether it be math or a long, hard day. To survive can be defined "to endure or get through." Of course I am going to "get through" the day. We can all "get through" life, but I want to thrive.

Synonyms for thrive: flourish, increase, succeed, overflow, grow. The list of positive words goes on and on.

I want to wake up each morning ready to succeed and grow in all that God has for me. I want to be so filled up in Him that I am an overflow of joy. Life is so much more worth it when you choose to thrive. Don't settle for surviving.
